Nets2go, always ensures we dispatch top quality products. If any part of the product does not meet with your expectations you may return it within 7 days and will receive a full refund. All we ask is that the products are returned in original condition including all the original packaging and has not been adjusted in anyway. This refund only applies to our standard products that have not been adjusted for example: standard size Voile Panels, standard size Readymade curtains, tension rods, and net wire.

Unfortunately we can not refund any of our made to measure products, however if there is a flaw or have been damaged by a courier we will arrange a collection and dispatch a replacement asap. These products include Net Curtains (standard drops cut to customers size), made to measure net curtains, curtains and voiles altered to customers sizes.

Free Samples - if you are unsure about which fabric to use we recommend you use our free sample service, we will send you a swatch of the fabric and you will see exactly what it looks like. Unfortunately we can not refund a customer on our custom products if they do not like the fabric. This is why we offer a free sample service

Sizes - We recommend you double check all of your window sizes and measure each window seperately, some windows may look the same but can have totally different measurements. Unfortunately we can not refund a customer if they have ordered the incorrect sizes.
